Images may be displayed on the Inner Circle Academy private Facebook group. Members are vetted before admission to the group as participating members. Members are regularly reminded that these photos, including photos of the guardian's ward, are not for general distribution or social media publishing unless every single other person in the image gives express permission.
Members may request that identifiable images of themselves or their children not be used for promotional purposes by notifying Inner Circle Academy in writing.
If identifiable images are intended for use in the public domain, individual and express permission will be sought from the subject and their guardian if applicable
